DOMErrorHandler是DOM实现在报告处理XML数据时发生错误或进行其他处理（例如验证文档）时可调用的回调接口。 甲DOMErrorHandler对象可以连接到一个Document使用的“错误处理” DOMConfiguration接口。 如果在操作过程中需要报告多个错误，则传递给错误处理程序的错误的顺序和编号取决于实现。
预计使用DOM实现的应用程序将实现此接口。
